Getting started
Describe your problem in plain English and add any evidence you've got: a receipt, an order number, a photo. That's it. We take over from there.
Helpful, not required. Evidence makes your case stronger, but you can start with just the story and add more later if we need it.
We build your case in minutes. Resolutions vary. Some companies settle in days, others take a few rounds. Either way, we handle the back-and-forth so you don't have to.
Is it legit & legal
No. We're a consumer advocate, not a law firm, and we don't provide legal advice. We do the research-and-persistence work you could do yourself, just far more thoroughly, and without burning your evenings.
They do, because our cases cite their own policies and the law, and they reach the people who can actually act. Firm and factual beats angry every time.
What it can handle
Most everyday consumer disputes: retail and warranty, subscriptions and gyms, airlines and travel, shipping, telecom, and more. If a company owes you a refund, credit, replacement, or fair compensation, we can go after it.
We focus on legitimate consumer disputes. We don't take on highly regulated areas like medical or insurance claims at launch, and we won't pursue anything dishonest, retaliatory, or aimed at harming someone rather than making you whole.
