Power to the people
who've been wronged.

We're building the AI advocate team every consumer deserves, and that most companies are quietly hoping you'll never get.

Last year, my wife Stephanie and I rented a car on vacation. It was a perfect trip, until we got home to a bill for an extra $3,000 on a $1,000 rental: charges for insurance we'd declined and damage we could prove didn't exist. It wasn't a mistake. It was a system, and it was betting I'd just pay and move on.

Frustrated, I started digging, and found others who'd hit the exact same thing at that same branch. It took evenings I didn't have, but I researched my rights, wrote a firm, factual complaint, and got a full refund. The leverage had been there the whole time. I just had to do the exhausting work to use it.

Almost everyone has a version of this story: a gym membership that won't cancel, a cable bill that keeps creeping up, an airline that owes you for a ruined trip. And the leverage to win is almost always already there: the company's own policies, the consumer-protection laws on your side, and the people who've pushed back and won before. Most of us just never have the time, or the know-how, to use it.

That's why I built DealWithIt. You tell us what happened, and we do the exhausting part: calmly, competently, and relentlessly. It's the advocate I wish I'd had that day, now in the corner of anyone who's been wronged.

Our mission
A world where being wronged is the company's problem to fix, not yours to chase.

What you can count on

On your side

One personality, pointed entirely at your problem: empathetic with you, unyielding with them.

Relentless

We don't get tired, we don't forget to follow up, and we don't quit when a company tries to wait you out.

Built for every fight

One advocate across billing, airlines, telecom, warranties, and more. Not a single-issue tool.

"I started DealWithIt because I was tired of watching good people lose, not because they were wrong, but because they were outlasted. Companies have whole departments built to wear you down. You shouldn't need one of your own to push back. So we built it."
