Our Story
Last year, my wife Stephanie and I rented a car on vacation. It was a perfect trip until we returned home to a bill for an extra $3,000 on a $1,000 rental — charges for insurance we had declined and damage that we could prove didn't exist.
Frustrated, I turned to the Internet, discovering others had experienced similar issues at that very same branch. It wasn't easy, but ultimately I was able to research and write a successful complaint letter and receive a full refund.
